Terms & Conditions
For Flowers & Gifts to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.
Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Flowers & Gifts by phoning (+61 8) 8342 2244 or by emailing: info@flowersandgifts.com.au
It is your obligation to enter the correct customer details at the time of ordering. If you have given the incorrect delivery details Flowers & Gifts may charge an additional delivery fee for redirection of the order. We will also not refund any orders with incorrect information.
Specific timed deliveries are not possible, even with advance notice. Our couriers are unable to contact the recipient prior to delivery. It is important that you provide a customer contact number for the recipient so we can contact the customer if delivery is not possible on the first attempt. If you wish our couriers can leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place. If no instructions are given our couriers will leave a calling card. The recipient will then need to call the courier to organise another delivery time.
For products with Alcohol the delivery is subject to State Liquor Laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive Alcoholic beverages.
Other Licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some states.
We will always attempt to be accurate as possible with our product/s descriptions and pricing.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST and delivery.
Gift baskets contents are subject to availability of the products on the day of delivery.
