Substitution Policy

Our aim is to always provide 100% satisfaction

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement or gift basket due to change of season & availability of products & containers.

Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only.

To maintain the appearance & feel of the arrangement or gift basket, we will follow these substitution guide lines:

·       Care is taken to maintain the style & colours of the arrangement. Colours & products will be matched as close as possible to the image, using flowers & products of equal value.

·       Images display flowers in full bloom, however we try to use flowers which are still in bud to ensure the freshness & longevity of the arrangement
