DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery

• Please have all orders in by 3pm AEST to get same day delivery
• AM deliveries must be received by 9am AEST

Saturday Deliveries

All efforts will be taken to ensure Saturday deliveries arrive according to the requested time, however we cannot guarantee specific timed deliveries. We do guarantee that all deliveries will be received by no later than 5pm. (metro areas)

Contact Details

A current contact telephone number for the recipient is required
We also require valid contact details if a problem occurs and we need to speak with you

Delivery Policy

Delivery is not guaranteed on Public Holidays, for order placed after 3pm Saturday or Sundays. Same day delivery (metro area) from Monday to Friday is possible as long as the order is placed before 3pm AEST. Flowers and Gifts will deliver your order to the address provided. We cannot take any responsibility if the following occurs
• Incorrect delivery address
• Incomplete delivery address
• Courier cannot get access to the property
• If no one is at home at the time of delivery
To minimise any problems during delivery we may need to call the recipient (if you would prefer we do not please advise us)
If we cannot deliver our couriers will endeavour to leave the flowers in a cool safe place, if this is not possible they will be returned to the florist where they can be collected. We may have to charge an extra delivery fee if multiple delivery attempts are required. When delivering to a business, school, hospital or aged care facility we will need to follow their delivery procedures and may have to leave the order at reception.

Funeral Deliveries

We treat all funeral orders as high priority. In order to ensure there are no problems ensure we have the following information.
• Full name of the deceased
• Date and time of the funeral
• Name & address of the funeral home/Church

Hospital & Nursing Home Deliveries

We suggest that deliveries to Hospitals or Nursing Homes be arranged in a vase or container (as the hospital or Nursing home may not have a vase). Check prior to ordering what the hospital does and does not allow to be delivered.

• Full name of the recipient
• Ward name & Room number
• Hospital Name & Address

Deliveries on Public Holidays

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery on public holidays. If delivery is not possible on a Public Holiday the order will be delivered on the next business day.
